Located near the University of Denver’s historic Chamberlin Observatory, Observatory Park offers mostly single-family homes. The neighborhood features several attractive ranch-style homes, with a few older, restored Victorians dotting the scenery as well. There is much construction in Observatory Park currently, with several exciting new housing development projects in the works.
